LAFUMA MOBILIER folding recliners with clips are very practical, as the fabric can be removed more easily than with a lace model. This makes it easier to clean the fabric or change it to extend the life of the product. Comfort is guaranteed, whatever the clip model you choose. But it's essential to be aware of the differences between them, so you can choose the one that's best suited to your needs.
- The RClip is a fabric system suspended by 3 clips on each side of the backrest and 18 clips on each side of the seat. Although it's the cheapest on our website, we'd like to emphasise its value for money, as it offers ideal comfort while being light to handle. Our teams have designed it to provide just the right amount of support, so you can relax with your lower back in the Zero Gravity position.
- RSXA Clip folding recliners feature ergonomic armrests. The 8 elastomer clips on each side of the backrest support the back right up to shoulder level, providing greater comfort and better back support than the model previously shown.
- The Futura model makes it easier to adjust the position of the chair, thanks in particular to its fixed armrests. The footrest bar is also protected. The feet also have four non-slip glides, so the seat remains stable when you change position.
The EVOLUTION model can be seen as the top-of-the-range clip model presented by LAFUMA MOBILIER. Its design is refined and elegant. In terms of comfort, it is not to be outdone, since the numerous attachment points between the fabric and the frame make it comfortable for tall people. This fabric suspension system also eliminates the need for crosspieces at the top of the backrest and the bottom of the leg rest.
The LAFUMA MOBILIER zero gravity recliner with laces is an iconic model that has crossed generations. It was the first system to make it possible to offer a zero gravity recliner with the comfort you're probably familiar with. To hold the fabric in place on the tubes, a lacing system links the two parts of the recliner, providing a very flexible hold.
On a Relax clip-on recliner, a multitude of tried and tested elastomer clips are used to suspend the fabric. This is an exclusive system patented by the brand. So it's easy to remove the cover for cleaning. You can also take advantage of this simplicity if you want to change the cover after a few years' use. In practical terms, you won't have to worry about tying the cover with a shoelace, an operation that can be time-consuming. All you have to do is position the clips in a few moments.
What's more, for the LAFUMA MOBILIER teams, it was essential that the clip-on recliner offered even better comfort than the emblematic lace-up recliner. You love it for its ability to distribute your body weight perfectly. The clip-on system offers greater firmness, and seems to surpass the comfort provided by lace-up recliners. So it's all a question of taste.
Both types of fabric are still available on our website, as are spare parts for both models. This means that fans of the lace-up recliner can continue to extend the life of their favourite recliner. If you're considering a new purchase, the clip-on recliner has some excellent arguments to convince you in terms of practicality, comfort and also durability, thanks to the greater longevity of the clips compared with laces, which can become slack over the years.

Over the years, and in response to feedback from our customers, we have developed a range of accessories for recliners. On our site, you can find, for example:
- The recycled cup holder, which clips directly onto the recliner. Its oval shape looks like a small shelf on which to place personal items such as drink, keys or a mobile phone. The cup holder provides ideal stability, even when the chair moves as you sit down or stand up. However, be sure to remove this accessory before storing or folding your chair.
- The sunshade, ideal for protection from the sun. It attaches to any relax chair except the Relax Evolution, using a screw system. The parasol is anti-UV, to protect your face from the sun's rays. It can also be adjusted to follow the path of the sun throughout the day, to guarantee optimum coverage.
- The Relax towel, specifically designed to be placed on a relax chair. It puts an end to the problem of a towel that doesn't stay in place properly, thanks to its flap, which is positioned at the top of the backrest to cover the recliner perfectly. There's also a version for Relax XL recliners.
- The Relax blanket, designed on the same principle as the towel. It can be fixed to the top of the relax to hold it in place. Wider on either side of the recliner, it lets you wrap yourself up to keep warm. Ideal for cooler evenings or cosy indoor use!
- The Relax transport cover, to protect your folding recliner when you're on the move. It folds away easily to take up as little space as possible when not in use.
- The Relax storage cover, to protect your relaxer from the elements, particularly when stored outdoors.
Our armchairs are designed to provide you with all the comfort you could possibly need for both outdoor and indoor use. Finally, the fact that they are foldable means that users can take them anywhere in the house, in the garden or on holiday. Users can choose from the following mattresses:
- Aircomfort®, made from permeable materials, ideal for use in summer, or if the chair is also used outdoors.
- BeComfort®, a triple-layer mattress with high UV resistance.
It's important to note that all our models, except those designed for professionals, are suitable for outdoor use. This means they have excellent resistance to moisture, as well as UV rays. In other words, rain or use after swimming is unlikely to damage the mattresses. What's more, the epoxy treatment on the steel structure resists rust and light rain.
First and foremost, the use of AirComfort® and BeComfort® fabrics is a real advantage. Their breathability means they dry quickly, in just a few minutes. So you won't be embarrassed by a foam mattress that retains water, with the risk of moisture damaging the product.
Our Lightcomfort® quilted covers are water-repellent, making them ideal for poolside use. BeComfort® fabrics are permeable and breathable, and dry very quickly in the event of rain. All these fabrics are highly UV-resistant.
Becomfort® models are particularly suitable for areas with a lot of sunshine. They are said to be highly resistant to UV rays, which can tend to discolour fabrics not designed for regular exposure to the sun.
