Our products are designed for the outdoors, however we recommend you put them away after each use, especially at the end of the summer season, in order to extend their lifetime.
FOLDING PRODUCTS
Most of our products are foldable, the recliners, Design Pop Up chairs, camping and balcony tables, deckchairs, beach furniture, etc.
To optimise storage space, fold up your Relax recliner.
Hold the backrest of the chair with one hand (above the head cushion),
Take hold of the end of one of the armrests with the other hand,
Gently close up the backrest and the armrest,
Then press downwards on the backrest of the chair, so as to fold up the leg rest.

LIGHT PRODUCTS
Our DNA and knowhow are based on the combination of metal tubes and tensioned fabrics. These materials are much lighter than solid wood for example, and are weighty enough not to fly off in a gust of strong wind.
Some of our products are made with aluminium frames, a material known for its lightness and natural resistance to corrosion.
The other metal we work with is steel. We use HLE steel, High Limit Elasticity, which guarantees greater strength and maintains LAFUMA MOBILIER's flexibility and comfort. These mechanical characteristics also enable the creation of original, light and robust products that are excellent value for money.

As part of our eco-responsible and sustainable approach, we have chosen to integrate disassembly right from the creation and design phase. At the end of their life cycle, our products are all easy to dismantle, even without tools in some cases. This allows for the separation of the different parts and the sorting of the components for better recycling, and also facilitates the dismantling of bulky products over winter, like the Ancône table.

STORE YOUR PRODUCTS
Store LAFUMA MOBILIER products in a shelter, loft, garage or shed during the winter. During the winter months, the best solution is to store your deckchairs, sunbeds, tables, armchairs and chairs in a protected, frost-free space. A garden shed is ideal and, space permitting, an attic or garage is ideal. Beware of dampness if you plan to store your furniture in a cellar. If your products are to be stored outside, there are waterproof tarpaulins to protect them. If they must spend the winter on grass, remember to put wedges under the feet to avoid any contact with stagnant water and thus avoid rust which can occur despite a treatment applied to all our metal structures.
